Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

At Generate Shop, we understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order. Please review the following guidelines carefully:

Order Cancellations & Modifications

To cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing the order.
We offer a short grace period to allow changes before the fulfillment process begins.

How to request a change or cancellation:

• Visit our Contact Us page and submit a request.
• Or email us directly at [email protected] within the 4-hour window.

After 4 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we will no longer be able to cancel or make changes.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.
Generate Shop is not responsible for failed deliveries or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

• We cannot reroute packages once they are shipped.
• If a package is returned to us due to address issues, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
